As a rule, grades for personal achievements are added to the subject results and the average score is calculated. This is considered the final result for all aspects.
IB Passing Criteria

The maximum score that can be obtained is 48 points. But it is considered a pass–through to score half of the maximum. The passing score after the end of the program is 24 points.
How Many Subjects and Exams in IB?
